If your vehicle has a problem that is proven to be caused solely by our fuel, we’ll pay for the repair.  

Instructions:

  1. All fuel-related claims must be filed within 3 days of purchase.   Complete the Fuel Claim form below per the instructions.  It is very important that you read and understand the NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS section.  Once you have completed the entire form and you have read and understand the notice, click “Submit” to file your claim. You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you can print your completed form. Your completed form will also be emailed to you.
  2. Take your vehicle, along with the completed Fuel Claim form, to a professional technician with an A8 certification from the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence who is qualified to identify and fix fuel-related problems.   You will be responsible for any costs incurred until a full assessment is made of your claim and Sprint Mart has accepted liability.

    After completion of the repair the technician must complete and sign the “Automotive Technician Section” of the claim form. Failure to do so will delay and could result in the denial of your claim.
  3. Within 10 days of submitting your claim, you must mail or scan and email the completed Fuel Claim form, the receipt for the fuel purchase, a legible copy of the repair invoice, and proof of payment of the repair invoice to the mailing address or email address below:

  4. You must provide documented evidence in support of your claim as well as any additional information that we believe may have a bearing on your clam.  The failure to do so will delay processing.
  5. It is your responsibility to arrange for repairs.  Again, any costs incurred will be your responsibility until a full investigation and assessment of your claim is made and Sprint Mart has accepted liability.
  6. While the fuel at our stores is not owned by Sprint Mart, we handle claims for the fuel supplier.  We will investigate and make a decision regarding your claim based upon factors such as (i) whether we have received similar claims for fuel purchased at the store at or about the same time as your purchase, (ii) whether the quality of the fuel has been compromised, (iii) the date and time of your purchase compared to the date and time you first experienced a problem, (iv) the technician’s determination and (v) other factors that may have a bearing on your claim.
  7. If your claim is accepted, you will be required to sign our standard release prior to payment of your claim.

    Upon submission of this form, you will receive an email at the email address you provided. The email will contain a summary of your fuel claim information as well as a link to download the Automotive Technician form.

  • NOTICE TO CLAIMANT——PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • The claimant expressly understands and agrees that the furnishing and acceptance of a completed claim and any action taken with regard to the claim shall not be construed or deemed as a waiver of any right or admission of liability by or on behalf of Sprint Mart or the fuel supplier. Upon request, the claimant must furnish any additional information and/or documentation required by Sprint Mart or the fuel supplier. All claims are subject to proof of value and of loss. The claimant hereby certifies and warrants that he/she is the absolute rightful owner of the property which is the subject of this claim. The claimant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sprint Mart, Victory Marketing, LLC, the fuel supplier, their respective owners, agents, employees and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, actions or suits instituted by any other person with respect to said property and the incident for which this claim is being submitted.

    The claimant represents and warrants that (1) the vehicle had no mechanical or fuel-related issues prior to the purchase of the Sprint Mart fuel and (2) at the time the above vehicle was presented for service to the technician, the fuel tank contained fuel purchased from the Sprint Mart store noted herein and that no additional fuel was put into the tank following the purchase of such fuel. A repair invoice must be enclosed with the claim. All items on invoice must be legible and show specific problems corrected and costs of each. Reimbursements will be made only to the owner of the vehicle and only for repairs made by a technician holding ASE certification A8 for engine performance. Repair estimates will not be accepted, and the claim will be returned. Sprint Mart reserves the right to investigate and/or have an independent third party investigate claims to evaluate the validity of the claim and the technician’s analysis. Claims will be denied in cases where such investigations find that the fuel is unlikely to have caused the problem. The claimant and the technician completing the form agree to cooperate with Sprint Mart or the third party investigator if either Sprint Mart or such third party requests additional information or has questions concerning the claim and/or the technician’s analysis. Failure to cooperate in a timely manner may result in the denial of the claim. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

    By signing this claim form, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the instructions set forth above, the claim form itself and the above notice and I hereby certify that this claim, the foregoing statements and the representations made and the information provided herein as well as the information contained on or in any attachments, additional information provided herein or submitted later are and will be accurate, complete and true. I understand that by providing any statement, information or document that is, or could reasonably be construed as false and/or misleading, will result in the denial of my claim in its entirety and may be reported to law enforcement.
