Yes, all our stores offer clean and accessible restrooms for customer use.

What types of fuel do you offer?

We offer a variety of fuel grades including Regular, Mid-grade, Premium, and Diesel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), Shell and other major fuel cards. Most of our Travel Centers accept all major Professional Drivers payment methods. Please check with each of our locations for specific details.

How do I report a fuel pump issue or refund request?

Please contact the store manager directly or call our customer service line at 800-836-6662. You can also submit an issue online through our contact form.

Do you have a rewards program?

I forgot to scan my rewards number. Can I still get credit?

Yes. Just submit your receipt through our app or contact support 1-855-284-4481 within 7 days of purchase.

I have lost or damaged my rewards card. Can I get a new card and keep my current points?

Yes! We hold physical rewards cards at all stores. Go into any Sprint Mart and pick up a new rewards card and call 855-284-4481 or the number on the back to speak with our Rewards Support Team. The support line is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CT.

How can I check how many Sprint Mart Rewards Points I currently have?

The best way to check your card balance and transaction history is to visit https://sprintmartrewards.com/login/ or download the Sprint Mart Rewards app.

Do Sprint Mart Reward Points expire?

No, Sprint Mart Reward Points NEVER expire. At Sprint Mart we believe in giving our customers every opportunity to save, with no time limits on the rewards you’ve earned.

How do I download your mobile app?

Our app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Just search for Sprint Mart Rewards.

I’m having trouble with the app. What should I do?

If you are having issues with the app try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the issues purist, please contact 855-284-4481 or the number on the back of your Sprint Mart Rewards card for further support.

Do you offer food and beverages?

Yes! We provide a wide selection of delicious snacks, beverages, and meals. From our freshly brewed Best Bean coffee to our signature Chix southern fried chicken we guarantee you’ll find something you love at Sprint Mart.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are issued at the discretion of store management. Please bring your item and receipt to the store within 7 days of purchase or contact our customer support line 1-800-836-6662.

What do I do if I feel unsafe or need assistance in the store?

My Credit Card was put on hold. What should I do?

If your credit card is still on hold after 3-5 days, please fill out our feedback form so we can provide assistance as soon as possible.

I believe that I have purchased bad gasoline from one of your locations. How can I report this incident?
